Het Benelux-Bureau voor de Intellectuele Eigendom (BBIE) is de officiële instantie voor de registratie van merken en modellen in de Benelux. Daarnaast biedt het BBIE de mogelijkheid om het bestaan van ideeën, concepten, ontwerpen, prototypes enz. vast te leggen
Tot 1 september 2006 waren wij het Benelux-Merkenbureau en het Benelux Bureau voor Tekeningen of Modellen.
L'Office Benelux de la Propriété intellectuelle (OBPI) est l'instance officielle pour l'enregistrement des marques et modèles dans le Benelux. L’OBPI offre en outre la possibilité d’établir l’existence d’idées, concepts, créations, prototypes et autres.
Jusqu'au 1er septembre 2006, nous étions le Bureau Benelux des Marques et le Bureau Benelux des Dessins ou Modèles.
